Invoicing
OpenPSA can automate large portions of the invoicing process. Invoices can be created manually or automatically based on the specific agreement and customer data. The component's features include:
- automatic invoice generation which can be customized per contract
- scheduled invoicing by actual units or fixed price
- status tracking (unsent, overdue, paid etc.)
- per-customer default settings (due date, default VAT, billing address)
- PDF generation with custom template (layout needs to be implemented per installation as a PHP code)
- Send invoices by mail directly from OpenPSA
- overviews per customer and agreement as well as custom reports
